Support designed around the whole recovery picture
Our CTP rehabilitation service helps injured people navigate the steps between treatment and everyday participation. We take time to understand what matters to the person, what is getting in the way, and which practical actions will make the greatest difference.
Depending on the person’s needs, support may include coordinating treatment, identifying barriers, building daily routines, supporting community participation, planning a return to study or work, and keeping key stakeholders aligned.
Who we work with
We accept referrals from CTP insurers, GPs, specialists, treating practitioners and other health professionals. Individuals and family members are also welcome to contact us to discuss whether a referral may be appropriate.
Our role in the CTP claim
COH Rehab provides rehabilitation and assessment services. We work collaboratively and independently, communicating clearly with the person, insurer and treatment team.
